Our Changing Menu - Climate Change and the Foods We Love and Need

Love food? Join us for a book talk on Our Changing Menu. You'll hear Cornell faculty and Cornell University Press authors unpack the increasingly complex relationships between food and climate change. Our Changing Menu offers a primer on the global food system, the causes and impacts of climate change, and what we can all do to help tackle the greatest challenge of our time. Featuring:

• Michael P. Hoffmann, Cornell professor of entomology emeritus and Cornell Atkinson Center for Sustainability Faculty Fellow
• Carrie Koplinka-Loehr MS '84, writer
• Danielle L. Eiseman, visiting lecturer in the Department of Communication, College of Agriculture and Life Sciences
• Kitty Liu A&S '00, Editorial Director, Comstock Publishing Associates, Cornell University Press

The Our Changing Menu website is a companion to the book, which you can order through the site.

The event was co-sponsored by Cornell's Northeast Regional office and attracted an audience of 150 alumni and friends.
